The Contract RFP 081/RD/17 is for the construction of 3 Fire & Irrigation pump station Structures and its reservoirs in Residential District of Dubai South, namely CP1, CP2 & CP3 with all Civil,Mechanical and Electrical works required as shown on the plans and described in the BOQ, Testing, commissioning, handing over to the client.
The Dubai South Residential District is located to the northeastern corner of DWC and is bounded by Jebel-Ali Lehbab Road (E77) in the north and New Emirates Road (E611) in the east. The pump stations CP-1 & CP2 are located adjacent to the recently constructed Peripheral Road while CP3 is located at the North Eastern Corner of the site.
